I had no trouble getting a refund as Soda promises. Support was excellent, fast, and responsive by e-mail. At some point in the future I will re-evaluate this product again as it is a promising piece of software but just did not meet my immediate needs at this time.

The OCR recognition needs a bit of work would be my opinion for taking things like PDF Bank statements to Excel tables for import into Power BI and other such documents. SODA - They did what they promised - Needs a bit more devolopment
